Job Description
INK is a post-production company based in London, with studios in Paris, Amsterdam and New York. We produce work for industry-leading photographers and brands, from global advertising campaigns to indie publications.
We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Executive Producer to lead and grow new business across our motion offering. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on sales, relationship development and revenue growth, working closely with the Managing Director, global sales team and Head of Production.
Sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing and production, the role is responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities while positioning the studio and its creative talent at the highest level. You will play a key role in promoting the studio’s work, particularly its award-winning colourists, editors and VFX teams, and ensuring our output, capabilities and people are consistently and effectively represented to the market.
This is a hands-on, outward-facing role with clear accountability for nurturing opportunities from first contact through to confirmed bookings, while supporting long-term client relationships and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business & Sales Growth
• Drive new business activity across the studio’s motion services, with a clear focus on revenue growth.
• Identify, target and pursue new clients, collaborators and partners across production companies, agencies and brands in accordance with INK’s creative ethos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with directors, producers, DPs, creatives, agency teams and brand stakeholders.
• Act as a senior point of contact for inbound and outbound new business enquiries, responding promptly and strategically.
• Own and nurture opportunities from initial introduction through to confirmed work and repeat business.
• Work closely with the Head of Production to scope opportunities, align creative and budgets, and ensure client needs and expectations are clearly understood.
• Support deal progression through meetings, studio visits, creative introductions, tests and capability presentations.
• Maintain clear visibility of active leads and opportunities, contributing to accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
Talent Representation & Positioning
• Actively represent and promote the studio’s colourists, editors, VFX artists and creative teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of individual creative strengths, styles and positioning to align talent with the right opportunities.
• Facilitate introductions between talent and clients as part of wider sales and relationship-building activity.
• Champion talent internally and externally, ensuring they are positioned effectively within the market.
Client Relationship Management
• Build, maintain and grow long-term client relationships through regular communication and in-person engagement.
• Act as a trusted senior contact for clients alongside Producers and the Head of Production.
• Support a consistently high-quality client experience from initial engagement through delivery and follow-up.
• Encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Marketing, Brand & Visibility
• Support the studio’s marketing strategy by identifying standout work and talent to promote.
• Help ensure completed projects are showcased effectively through reels, case studies, social media, screenings and industry platforms.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, production and creative teams to curate work that best represents the studio’s positioning.
• Support and attend client-facing events, showcases, screenings and presentations.
Industry Presence & Representation
• Represent the studio confidently and professionally at industry events, screenings, festivals and networking opportunities.
• Support awards campaigns and attendance at industry functions.
• Maintain an active presence within the post-production, production and agency communities.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience within post-production, production, creative agency or a related media environment.
• Proven experience contributing to new business, sales or commercial growth.
• An established and expanding network across post-production, production companies and agencies.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence discussing creative, budgets and scope.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple active conversations.
• A genuine passion for post-production craft, film and creative storytelling.
Desirable:
• Experience across commercials, short-form, branded content and music promos.
• Working knowledge of colour grading, editorial and finishing.
• Experience supporting pitches, treatments or capability presentations.
• A strong interest in representing creative talent and building long-term careers.
