Job Description

We are hiring for a midweight designer to join our team, working from our Bath studio.

You will possess a strong cultural awareness, a conceptual mind and a love for quality and craft within design as well as a genuine interest within the industries in which we specialise.

We work internationally from our Bath and London studios and are proud to work with some of the world’s most desired brands including Aman, Badrutt’s Palace, Boodles, Carolina Bucci, Claridge’s, The Connaught, Corinthia Hotels, COS, Frette, Harvey Nichols, Mulberry, Net-A-Porter, Self-Portrait and Selfridges.

We have extensive experience in the creation of strategy, brand identity and communications for exclusive premium destinations and services.

As a midweight designer you will work closely with our design director, senior designers and wider design team, however should also be confident (and excited by) taking ownership and driving forward your own projects.

This is an opportunity for someone looking to grow, build their portfolio, and work collaboratively, creatively and intellectually as part of talented team and exceptional brands.

The Role

  • Developing creative briefs from concept through to delivery
  • Working as part of the design team, developing concepts briefed by creative director
  • Creating visual mock-ups
  • Creating brand assets for print and screen
  • Individually leading smaller projects and working collaboratively with wider design team on larger projects
  • Preparing artwork for print and digital

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years experience working within a creative agency
  • Good knowledge of print production processes
  • Proven experience in creating brands from scratch, as well as working within existing brand guidelines
  • Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with book and editorial design, as well as designing for web and digital
  • Experience with art direction and / or web development a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills, confident presenting work internally and dealing with external suppliers
  • Experience in visualisation (i.e. objects and collateral)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Able to work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team
