The Studio

Our client, a unique independent lifestyle brand is on the look- out for a new senior graphic designer to join their small in-house creative team.

Our client is in a period of rapid growth. This B Corp business is looking for a confident, established designer with at least five years’ experience under their belt, to help strengthen and foster creativity across the business.

The Role

This is a pivotal role within the business and a rare opportunity to join this aspirational brand. Tasked with designing strong and effective communications you’ll work as an essential part of the creative team, producing designs and layouts for the website, app, emails, campaigns and various lovely print projects [packaging, dm, event graphics and press/marketing].

Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver innovative products, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive all stages of the design process across the company’s product, with real ownership on all projects. This role would suit a graphic designer with experience working for a contemporary lifestyle/retail/fashion brand.

What we are looking for:

At-least five years experience working across integrated design projects for a retail/lifestyle/fashion brand.

Excellent hands- on design capabilities. A high level of design craft.

You are an enthusiastic self-starter with a drive to perform among like-minded individuals.

This role will have two direct line reports and so experience managing/mentoring a junior/middleweight designer is key.

An approachable, adaptable and positive team player.

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite.

A passion for creativity and its application in the commercial world.
