Job Description

ROLE

3D and 2D designer to work closely with the Founder & Director and with Producers, Project Managers and Set Designers, on delivering digital design work for KGA pitches, responses to briefs, and live projects. The role is available immediately.

The design work will serve the purposes of internal idea development, illustration or sell-in of experiential ideas to clients, and communication of build briefs to fabricators.

The role will also involve contributing to design assets relating to KGA brand identity, website, social media assets, and credentials documents. The role is full time and includes:

• Creating 3D digital mock-ups to illustrate WIP and completed ideas for experiential builds and installations

• Working closely with KGA set designers to create 3D digital visuals of environmental and spatial designs

• Creation of notional floor plans for WIP event layout planning

• Creation of completed floor plans for event layouts

• Building presentation deck templates for pitches / responses to briefs

• Finessing presentation decks once completed by Producer / Set Designer

• Building KGA credentials decks for new business meetings

• Working with marketing team on consistent and strong graphic identity across KGA social media channels and posts, and newsletters

• Producing print-ready artwork files for event installations involving branding, printing, or graphic wraps

• Salary based on experience

YOU

You are a multi-disciplined creative with a solid background in design, a strong aesthetic, and an eye for detail. You are comfortable with graphic design and editorial layout as well as spatial design. You're a creative thinker who enjoys the challenge of working on concepts from brief to final. You enjoy the freedom and autonomy to make your own decisions but work collaboratively within a small team. You're an experienced communicator with a positive, enthusiastic, attitude. You:

• Have at least 2 years of working experience in a design role.

• Have excellent skills in design software packages, eg. Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Vectorworks, Sketchup, C4D

• Are friendly and approachable, with a positive and flexible attitude to work and to various demands and deadlines

• Can work autonomously and as part of a team

• Have strong attention to detail and great communication skills
