Who are we looking for?

Level: Mid weight designer

Experience: No pharma experience needed but desired and at least 5 years-experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to create unexpected ideas
  • An award-winning portfolio
  • Needing to be comfortable with hybrid working
  • A love for typography, print, digital and everything in between
  • Be driven by data to craft beautiful designs
  • An eye for detail and craftsmanship
  • You are digital design driven but still have a love for print
  • The ability to be a visual storyteller using 2D, 3D and can translate design ideas into motion
  • The ability to be a brand champion, able to apply guidelines consistently but also challenge them to bring unexpected results
  • Killer pitching skills and persuasive arguments to help get clients and internal teams to buy award-winning work
  • The ability to collaborate with art directors, motion designers, artworkers and copywriters keeping in mind the brief
  • The knowledge to translate data into a visual language that stands out
  • Up to date knowledge of the latest design trends
  • The ability to act like a mentor guiding more jr. Members in the team
  • The experience to support the Head of design in everyday tasks
  • The experience to follow processes but challenge them to make improvements.
