Mid/Senior Designer

On the windows of our 17th Century coach house building in Reigate appear the words ‘Design for a digital world’. We think this sums up what we do at TW rather well.

We use our strategic creative thinking and graphic design experience to solve our clients’ real world problems in fresh and inspiring new ways and we need a mid weight or senior digital designer to join the team.

You need to have a graphic designer’s heart with a digital mind.

Fascinated by the ever growing communications channels at the disposal of our clients to meet their target audiences, you must have 5 or more years working in agency environments delivering pixel perfect designs with an understanding of UX principles.

We are steadily growing our digital capability within the agency and you will progress into becoming our point person for this aspect of our work. You should be comfortable working within a team of creatives, designers and account managers as well as liaising with developers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the best possible experiences.

We are a small team so the ability to flex between traditional graphic design and digital design will be essential as we pride ourselves on the breadth and variety of our clients and type of work we deliver. As of writing this job description we are creating animated films for the country’s biggest train company, a new brand identity and website for a dentist who wants to disrupt their sector and a new intranet site for a leading insurance company, and this is just the start.
