The skills and topics we explore with our brilliant community of partners ranges from creative thinking to remote collaboration; leading others to neurodiversity awareness.
We’ve an immediate opening for someone keen to work and learn within our close-knit central team; supporting the organisation and delivery of our programmes — both those delivered to groups from different organisations, and those taken directly into our partners' teams.
As a Programme Assistant you’ll be working directly with members of our partners' teams, helping them to make the most of the work we're doing together — from helping onboard their teams at the outset; to scheduling and organising diaries throughout the cycle of a project or partnership, to following up for feedback and future opportunities.
Responsibilities will include:
— Helping to facilitate the day-to-day experience our partners have with our learning platform and programmes; whether helping to manage the calendar, sharing resources and follow up materials or warmly respond to the questions and suggestions we receive.
— Researching potential subject experts and collaborators, as well as possible future partners to support new business growth.
— Participating in kick off sessions with new partner teams to capture individual and collective learning goals.
— Supporting the scheduling and community management of tailored partner programmes.
— Helping to follow up with course and programme participants to share ongoing resources and capture feedback.
— Preparing and sharing reports with key clients in our partners teams to show learner engagement.
— Generally bringing ideas, energy and imagination to our day-to-day doings.

We’re currently working remotely, transitioning back to our workspace at 72 Rivington Street in London — but will be retaining a flexible approach to working; and so are open to individual preference when it comes to working location.
This role could be either 4 or 5 days a week.
