Job Description
monopo is seeking a full-time mid/senior experiential producer to join our growing team of 13 in London. You will be part of the production team with a focus on bringing ambitious concepts to life in physical environments, be that single-day events or longer running pop-up experiences. To do so, you will work in close collaboration with the creative team, clients and external partners from start to delivery. Your expertise ensures every project is delivered to the highest standard, while keeping budgets and timelines firmly on track. Given the variety of work we do at monopo, we also provide the opportunity to expand your skills into other fields of expertise, based on your interests.
We are a Tokyo-born independent creative agency and have set up our London office in March 2019. This position is for a full-time, in-house role at our London office, with a start date in June/July 2026. Most of your time will be spent on London projects but we frequently work in collaboration with our Paris, New York and Tokyo offices as well.
Your responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will produce events, activations, pop-ups and experiences for client projects.
- Planning for, and managing, physical brand experiences in conjunction with external build partners
- Planning for, and managing, events such as press/influencer launches
- Establishing clear milestones for projects, anticipating any roadblocks early on
- Working closely with the creative team to ensure the most impactful final execution
- Keeping on top of communications with clients on the day-to-day running of projects as this is a client-facing role
- Coordinating teams internally to ensure projects are progressing efficiently and the team is fully enabled to do great creative work
- Establishing, building and maintaining external collaborator relationships (e.g. fabrication companies, event partners, …)
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. Creating timelines and budget estimates
- Mentoring junior producer(s) to learn best-practice experiential production and project management
- Occasionally working in conjunction with the Paris-based production team to deliver joint projects effectively

You’re the perfect fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience working as Event/Spatial/Experiential Producer in a creative, spatial or event agency or similar environment.
- Have a good understanding of the fabrication process, with an ability to understand and challenge partner proposals on details such as cost and materials
- Have a natural grasp of the event production process, with an ability to plan influencer/press days and involve the necessary partners
- Have a genuine eye for what's emerging in the experiential space. You actively follow where the industry is headed and can bring that forward thinking perspective into briefs and production
- Have a trusted network of collaborators that you have worked with and can call on depending on the production challenge or creative concept at hand
- Have a global mindset, comfortable and excited about working across different cultural contexts
- Have a good understanding of the agency creative production process from client brief to final delivery
- Share our passion for creative work that goes beyond the norm, challenging the limitations of the project to create new and unexpected outputs
- Are comfortable working across several projects and have the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
- Are self-driven and able to lead projects with a great level of autonomy
- Are confident in creating project schedules, planning and booking resources, and tracking assets from and to clients
- Are a natural and kind communicator, able to rally the team through clarity and optimism
- Have a valid UK work visa
