Who are we looking for?

You are a multidisciplinary creative with an interest in working across various mediums including Art Direction, Graphic Design, Typography and Spatial Design. You enjoy collaborating and working within environments where you can learn, be given responsibility and explore creative ideas whilst working against a clear brief. You relish exploring new areas, pushing your thinking to deliver innovative creative.

You have solid ability completing strategic goals and are not afraid to ask questions when things are not clear. You enjoy crafting details from start to finish in the process and proactively look to develop these skills. You have some experience leading your own workstreams and presenting your ideas articulately to partners.

You have a passion for art and design and proactively work to keep abreast of all new trends. You enjoy commissioning external talent and experienced in briefing and critiquing the work of others. You continuously look for new talent and work to grow your creative network in all areas. You are excited about new technology and actively work to understand this ever changing landscape.

What will you work on

You will play a pivotal role in executing and delivering creative across all of our channels, both digital and physical. Working with the team around you to translate briefs and marketing plans into creative concepts that are clearly articulated in mood boards, prototypes and comps. You will lead workstreams independently developing and crafting creative concepts for both product launches and campaigns across EMEA.

You will often work across multiple workstreams, which will require you to carefully plan and handle your schedule effectively. You will also need to communicate your concepts to various external and internal audiences. Working closely with the senior creatives, you’ll play a part in crafting the future vision of the brand across every consumer touchpoint. You’ll work within a team to bring innovative thinking whilst also working with external partners to deliver well-crafted executions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You have ability to present and sell-in creative concepts and execution ideas with senior leaders and internal partners.

Who will you work with

Day-to-day you’ll work with a team of designers, producers and communication experts. Beyond this core team, you will also work a lot with external creatives – commissioning various work across multiple fields. You’ll be required to collaborate with your counterparts across the EMEA City Studios as well as the Global team to help establish and develop our creative network.

Within the broader Marketing organization you will work closely with other teams such as Brand Category, Nike Direct and Influencer Marketing to execute against the annual concept map, developing and delivering creative that answers the brief.

What you bring to Nike

  • Extensive experience in visual design, motion design or user experience design combined with proven knowledge of today’s digital channels and new technologies.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive designs that work across physical and digital experiences.’
  • Experience art directing photography and video shoots.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Familiarity of current trends in color, technology, communications, experience, art and other design influences.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of consumer behavior with significant consumer knowledge in EMEA.
  • Travel 10-15%
