About the Studio
This is one of the most awarded retail design agencies in the world. Over 45 years, they've built a reputation for creative excellence and cultural relevance, working with globally recognised brands to design retail experiences that genuinely move people. The client list includes some of the biggest names in sport, fashion, beauty, and beyond. The work spans flagship stores, brand activations, communications, and global strategy.
The culture reflects what you'd hope for from a place like this: collaborative, non-hierarchical, and creatively restless. There are designers, strategists, architects, brand experts, and makers all under one roof — and the standard of work is consistently high. This is a place that has been doing things properly for a long time, and it shows.
About the Role
This is a Senior Designer role within the Retail and Interiors team, a step up for a strong midweight who's ready for more, or a natural home for someone already operating at senior level who wants to be somewhere the work is genuinely exciting.
You'll be working across the full project lifecycle, from concept development through to technical delivery, on briefs for some of the world's best-known brands. You'll bring creative ideas and the craft to execute them, take ownership of your projects, and start to develop your presence with clients. There's real scope here for someone with ambition — the studio is non-hierarchical, the talent around you is excellent, and the work is the kind that makes a portfolio worth looking at.
Your days will look something like this
- Develop and present compelling design concepts across retail interiors and brand environment projects
- Produce high-quality 3D models, visualisations, and technical drawings using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and V-Ray
- Take ownership of project stages from concept through to delivery, working closely with senior designers and project leads
- Contribute to client presentations with considered ideas and a clear narrative behind every design decision
- Support and mentor junior members of the team, sharing knowledge and helping raise the standard of output
- Stay across emerging trends in retail, materials, and production methods — and bring what you find back to the team
- Collaborate across disciplines: interiors, brand communications, strategy, and beyond
- Manage your own time and deliverables across multiple live projects simultaneously
You might be our perfect match if...
- You have 5+ years of experience in retail design, branded environments, or commercial interiors
- Your portfolio shows considered, resolved work with genuine creative ambition — not just technically competent, but interesting
- You're highly proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Suite, with V-Ray experience a strong plus
- You're a confident presenter who can articulate the thinking behind a design, not just show it
- You've started to develop experience working directly with clients and are ready to do more of it
- You can mentor juniors without ego — you're happy to pass on what you know and roll up your sleeves when needed
- You're curious, self-motivated, and the kind of designer who notices things other people miss
