Senior Creative

We’re looking for a well-rounded, detail-driven, and strategically-minded senior creative who has a proven track record of creating compelling and effective brands. Someone who has the ability to own a project — from understanding the brief, through to concept generation and then has the visual craft to realise their ideas clearly linked to solving a client's goals. A person who can demonstrate confidence in front of clients and be able to respond to their challenges and feedback. A passionate interest in the wider world of design and contemporary culture that can inspire both thinking and creativity is essential. A minimum of 8 years' design experience is also essential.

Essential skills

• A unique, strategic, conceptual thinker

• Demonstrate an ability to positively interact with both creative and account management teams

• Be able to own and lead a project, and give direction to more junior members of the team

• Have significant experience in the art-direction of photographers and illustrators

• A confident communicator — able to present to both the internal team and the client

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
