Senior Designer

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Designer to join our branding agency in London.

We’re looking for a brilliant creative mind to join our medium-sized, sociable team of talented designers. Attitude is as important to experience & skill set for us, as we look to build an enthusiastic, driven and entrepreneurial team.

You will not only be involved in creating exceptional work, but be a mentor to the team and act as a driving force for creative growth. We work with global brands on a wide variety of projects, and so the work will be varied and broad, from pitches to conception to finalising artwork & digital components.

Ideal qualities and experience we’re looking for:

• Design experience working with global brands
• Keen eye for detail
• Web design/digital experience is key
• Organised and efficient
• Enjoy running, building and growing a design team
• Confident presenting and working with clients
• A genuine interest and love for brand, design, digital and communication in general
• Entrepreneurial spirit - always looking for new, improved ways of approaching tasks
• Great work ethic - willing to put in the effort required for a great outcome
• Design degree, qualification or equivalent
• 4+ years experience in the design industry
