Treatment Designer / Visual Researcher

We are looking for a Treatment Designer / Visual Researcher to join our creative team. This role will work closely with our roster of directors and production teams across commercials, music videos and branded content.

The focus will be on helping create exceptional treatments as a key collaborator in the pitch process. Key elements to the role will include reading scripts and understanding a director’s approach to a brief, conducting image research, building individual libraries of visual references tailored to projects alongside maintaining an extensive overarching image vault, managing wiredrive and file servers, creating pitch layouts and generating social media assets, invitations and other visual content for the company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Researching images to support a director’s treatment in line with the client’s brief.

- Designing and outputting treatments for PDF and online.

- Scheduling freelancers for various pitches.

- Building and maintaining an image library.

- Be responsible for coordinating holds and bookings for freelance treatment support.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro,

Google Slides, Acrobat, Keynote, and AI tools.

- A love for film, art, fashion and photography (contemporary and historical) with the ability to find strong and appropriate visual references.

- An organised and efficient approach, with the ability to respond quickly to deadlines.

- An eye for detail and a strong grasp of written word.

- Ideally an interest and knowledge of graphic design.

- Ideally some basic editing skills

- Awareness of new and emerging design and layout technologies

- Able to build strong relationships with directors and understand their visual preferences

Salary is from 28,000 p/y dependent on experience
