We are seeking a talented person who is eager to learn and develop their skills. You will work closely with other members of the design team, collaborating positively with senior creatives while also demonstrating an eye for creativity in a motion graphics capacity. You will have excellent attention to detail, knowledge of best practices and a real flair for creativity. This role often involves working on complex briefs within tight time frames, requiring a hands-on, motivated, and collaborative approach.

Requirements / Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of editing / motion graphics experience, preferably within an agency setting
  • High-level understanding of Adobe After Effects and Premiere (experience with other programmes would be beneficial)
  • Good knowledge of cinema4D and other 3D modelling and animation software
  • Experience working across conceptual motion graphics and campaign roll outs
  • Experience with video editing, sound / FX design
  • An open and collaborative mindset, ready to learn and with senior support from the design team
  • Preferred experience with illustration, although not essential
  • Work as one with the account management team, communicating clearly and delivering work as a team
  • Showcase the ability to think on your feet and outside the box, delivering innovative creative ideas
  • Exhibit a flawless eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering error-free work
  • Demonstrate good understanding of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills, maintaining an approachable, can-do attitude

If you can do all the above, you'll find working with us is much more than a salary. Threepipe Reply offers competitive benefits and fosters a fun and informal culture where we take everything seriously except ourselves.
