Middleweight/Senior Designer

Peter and Paul is looking for an experienced and motivated Midweight/Senior designer to join our award winning team.

Successful candidates will be confident in brand identity design, art direction, digital design and brand campaign work. You will also have a good grasp of translating, and sometimes even contributing to strategic ideas.

You’ll be working in a team of creatives, alongside our Creative Director and your work will vary from day to day – working on ideas and application for new brand identities, working with our digital team on websites, feeding in with ideas for naming projects etc. For this reason we’re looking at someone who can multitask. We’d love to find someone who can comfortably move between branding and digital and/or bring a little motion graphics into the mix too. Good ideas should be at the centre of all your work.

Your experience

• 4+ years working in a design studio

Core skills

• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
• Good knowledge of Figma
• Some knowledge of motion and video editing software (Mainly After Effects and Premier)
• A confident presenter and good communicator
• Interested and passionate about design, communication and culture
• Supportive to the wider team
• High level of craft and quality control
• Able to work to a high standard under time pressure.
