The role:
Enjoying a variety in the work you do, you'll lend your incredible design skills to a range of projects and briefs including design for social media campaigns, digital brand development, microsite & full website design and creative workshops, internally and with the client.
Using your platform as a senior member of the team to champion creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, from assisting the business with creative pitches to offering creative direction and feedback to colleagues; collaborating with various teams and departments to manage and deliver work that goes above and beyond expectations.
Responsible for mentoring more junior members of your team, you'll know how to encourage and inspire people to do their best work and help to elevate and refine their skillsets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in design at an agency
- An impressive portfolio of design work showing a clear passion creating smart, engaging social media creativ, along with clever eye catching website design
- An eye for detail and spotting pixel perfection
- An ability to explore and implement unique and inspiring ways to bring brands to life in a digital environment
- Fluency in Figma & Adobe
- Incredible prototyping skills to make ideas tangible
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
- An infectious love for design and willingness to inspire the team, making sure we always look our best and ultimately grow our business
Salary band:
£38,000 -£45,000
