Creative Design Engineer

We are working with a global design and branding agency who are looking for a top Creative Design Engineer!

You would be working with the Design Team, working closely with Creative Directors and Designers to help elevate brand and digital projects by applying technology.

You will need to be comfortable looking for software solutions to design challenges, so your primary craft would be code, not Figma. You will be building the prototypes, experiences and tools that bring the design concepts to life! You will be passionate about expanding the studio’s creative and technical capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with code, whether it’s a web-based tool for generating patterns, a real-time 3D visualisation, or a prompt-driven AI tool
• Operate as the studio’s R&D engine (from generative AI and creative coding frameworks to AR/VR and physical computing)
• Have an instinct for how interactive systems, tools, and digital moments can create ownable, memorable, and emotionally resonant brand experiences

This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in the London-based studio (Friday WFH) and the salary is up to £110k depending on experience!
