Based in the heart of London, we’re a dynamic, fast-growing startup reshaping the online beauty experience.
We’re hiring two exciting design roles to help us create the next generation of AI-powered, personalised beauty experiences:
• Junior Product Designer (2–4 years’ experience)
• Lead Product Designer (6–8+ years’ experience)

1. Product Designer (Personalisation)
As a Product Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, crafting new AI-powered features and delightful user experiences. You’ll:
• Generate creative concepts through sketching, wireframing, and prototyping
• Design intuitive interfaces for AI-powered recommendations and smart analysis
• Lead rapid prototyping to validate design hypotheses
• Contribute to our design system and component library
• Collaborate closely with tech teams (developers, AI engineers) to bring concepts to life
• Support user research activities to uncover customer needs and shape solutions
What we’re looking for:
• 2–4 years’ product design experience with a strong creative portfolio
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or emerging tech
• Advanced Figma and prototyping skills
• Experience with design systems (commerce or consumer apps a plus)
• Comfortable working in agile, sprint-based environments
2. Lead Product Designer
As Lead Product Designer, you’ll be the most senior designer at Noli, shaping our design vision, culture, and team from the ground up. You’ll:
• Own end-to-end design across the Noli product, from strategy to execution
• Lead and grow our design function, inspiring and mentoring the team
• Drive design for the Personalisation Pod, pushing boundaries of AI-enabled experiences
• Craft beautiful, seamless end-to-end user journeys that feel unique to Noli
• Partner deeply with engineers, product managers, scientists, and marketers to deliver bold, credible, user-loved experiences
• Influence product strategy and roadmap, balancing present needs with future opportunities
What we’re looking for:
• 6–8+ years’ product/UX/UI design experience, ideally in consumer tech
• Track record of leading design systems and shipping high-impact experiences
• Experience (or strong interest) in designing for AI-first experiences
• Leadership skills to grow and mentor a team while remaining hands-on
