About Us
Welcome to a very different kind of creative company. Atomic is an independent agency built for the modern world — built for brands navigating a fast-changing world, where creativity knows no bounds, and real brand growth comes from unlocking something deeper.
We are a team of brand, social, content, creator, talent and media experts who sit, think and create together. No silos. No set rules. No limits to where creativity can come from — or go to.
Our unifying mission? To unleash the superpower within brands.
We believe every brand has something unique — a superpower that can genuinely improve people’s lives. Our role is to uncover it, then unleash it in unmistakable, unmissable, unforgettable, and unlimited ways.
And it's working. Since launching 12 years ago, we’ve helped brands like Sipsmith, Viking Cruises, Hamptons, Greater Anglia Trains and Heycar unlock their superpower — and grow.
Led by Exceptional Talent
We’re led by Chairman Nick Fox, CEO Jon Goulding, and Managing Director Louise Rudaisky, and we’ve built a leadership team of exceptional creative and strategic minds.
Nicky Vita (formerly VCCP and BBH) joined as Head of Strategy, working alongside Ewan Paterson as Group Creative Chairman and John Cherry from Mother. This all-star lineup reflects our commitment to bold, modern creativity that makes a commercial and cultural impact.
2024: Our Best Year Yet
Despite industry headwinds, 2024 was Atomic’s most successful year ever — with significant revenue growth and new client wins, our strongest year to date. We delivered standout campaigns for Sipsmith, Hamptons, and retained our long-running partnership with Greater Anglia Railways.
Our Atomic Supernova division led talent-first work with over 50 brands and we also launched Atomic Matter, our new healthcare agency led by the original BBH Health team — already smashing growth expectations in its first six months as well as winning an award for Agency of the Year.
2025: Off to a Flying Start
We’ve hit the ground running in 2025 with the appointment as UK creative agency for Ladbrokes, a major win that reflects our cultural edge and creative ambition, alongside wins for Uber Boats and Ramona’s too.
And we’ve expanded our creative ecosystem again with the launch of Atomic Studios, our new entertainment division led by Chairman Nick Fox — designed to help brands embed themselves more deeply into culture.
At Atomic, creativity is our craft and growth is our obsession. We’re proudly independent, proudly different, and always looking for brilliant minds to join us.
