We are Conductor. A creative and marketing agency dedicated to cycling. We work with the leading brands in cycling to bring them closer to their audience through unique creative concepts, world-class design execution and effective marketing.

You:
You’re a skilled and passionate designer with at least 2 years experience. You can speak confidently and clearly about your work and ideas. You are ambitious and want to create work that excites and delivers results. You have a positive, proactive attitude and are willing to take on a wide variety of projects.
If you have a love for sport that’s great but it’s not vital. What’s more important is that you live and breathe design and want to create exceptional work. You are passionate about design, social media and content and are aware of all the latest trends.
You’re a skilled and passionate designer that loves typography and graphic design. You can speak confidently and clearly about your work and ideas. You are ambitious and want to create work that excites and wins awards. You have a positive, proactive attitude and are willing to take on a wide variety of projects.
In addition to the usual graphic design skills, you may have some experience in motion (After Effects / Premiere). You are deeply interested in graphic design and are aware of all the latest trends.
The Package:
You’ll be working from our office in Central London (Somerset House) and work closely within the design team.
We start at 9.30am and finish at 6pm. You will receive 22 days holiday a year plus bank holidays. We also shut the studio between Christmas and New Year.
Competitive salary - £30,000 – £35,000
2 performance reviews per year with an annual salary review
22 days holiday + Christmas studio closure (up to 5 days)
