• You care about performance and accessibility, shipping pages that are quick, resilient, and inclusive.
• You’re comfortable owning your day. You plan, estimate, communicate progress, and meet deadlines with calm focus.

Plus, you…

• Have 5+ years experience building production websites, ideally in an agency or studio environment.
• Are fluent in modern JavaScript with React and Next.js, and comfortable with SSR/SSG.
• Work efficiently with TailwindCSS, design tokens, and component libraries.
• Have hands‑on experience with headless CMSs such as Sanity, WordPress, Payload, or similar, including content modelling and editor experience.
• Use Git daily and prefer CI/CD over manual deploys.
• Are comfortable leveraging AI tools like Cursor to accelerate workflows without compromising quality.
• Care deeply about web accessibility and ship high‑performance experiences, measuring and improving with tools like PageSpeed.
• Are curious about motion and micro‑interactions, using tools like GSAP, Framer Motion, or native CSS where it makes sense.
