Senior Producer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to work closely with our Projects Director, Head of Production and the Creative Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in events across private clients and luxury brands. We are looking for an individual who combines creative innovation with technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of complex, high-value projects from concept through to delivery and reconciliation
• Act as primary client lead, owning communication, expectation management and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate creative concepts into technically and operationally deliverable experiences, balancing ambition with feasibility and budget
• Oversee and negotiate supplier appointments, contracts and production schedules
• Direct all production planning including technical production, site logistics, health & safety, staffing and compliance
• Develop and manage detailed production timelines, critical paths and run-of-show documentation
• Lead guest experience strategy including VIP logistics, travel coordination and bespoke requests
• Provide confident on-site leadership, acting as senior decision-maker and ensuring seamless execution under pressure
• Produce comprehensive post-event reporting including financial reconciliation and performance analysis
• Mentor and oversee midweight and junior producers, fostering high standards across the production team
• Actively contribute to new business, pitches and strategic growth, leveraging industry relationships

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in event production managing budgets in excess of £2M
• Previous experience working in the luxury sector across a range of event types
• Experience working overseas, particularly in the US and managing multiple currencies
• Confident in pitching, writing and presenting ideas clearly, both internally and externally
• Strong understanding of technical requirements for large-scale projects and ability to confidently brief suppliers and discuss visions with clients
• A keen interest in and understanding of the luxury market
• Knowledge of what is required for events for fashion and private clients
• A ‘black book’ of industry contacts in London and globally
• Discreet, professional, and articulate, with excellent communication skills, excellent project management and organisational skills and ability to work well within a team
• Experience mentoring junior members of the team
• Meticulous attention to detail, meeting the standards of the most particular clients
• Able to be flexible and adaptable with their working approach to work to tight deadlines and changing requirements
• Strong MS Skills, especially Excel
• Experience using Figma is desirable but not essential
