As our senior designer, you will work closely with our creative director to lead the design work we produce.

  • You bring all you learn and discover into conversations with the Playing Field team, the clients we work with, and the work that we do.
  • You base your solutions on reason and choose the right creative fit for the problem.
  • You ask the right questions to enable you to understand the bigger picture, how things connect, and the needs of your audience.

  • Produce work that is confident, innovative and crafted and backed up with strategic thinking.
  • Bring ideas to life through a variety of creative solutions.
  • Happily work between multiple design disciplines.
  • Develop great relationships with our clients.
  • Steer and shape the Playing Field brand.
  • Support junior team members and challenge the directors.
  • Understand different audience needs and apply this knowledge to creative solutions.
  • Work closely with account/project managers to make things happen.
  • Present clearly and convincingly to clients and stakeholders.
  • You partner with freelancers, ensuring they have what they need and understand their brief.

You are:

  • Self-motivated and self-aware. You have a bias for action and don’t need constant instruction, but also know when to ask for support.
