About this role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Marketing Executive - CRM to support the execution of our CRM and content strategies. In this role, you’ll help deliver data-driven campaigns, create engaging written content and collaborate with team members across the company to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention.

You’ll play a key role in helping to establish and grow our CRM platform, supporting both technical setup and creative execution.

The initial focus will be on SnoreLab but the role will evolve with our other apps.

You will be a real team player who brings fresh ideas to the table and an enthusiasm for technology. You take pride in what you do, have a curious mindset to solve problems with creativity and data, and communicate effectively across teams and in your work.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign execution: Set up and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) from planning and creating content through to testing, launching and reporting.
  • Test and learn strategies: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using engagement and conversion metrics. Develop A/B tests and data-driven strategies to improve results.
  • Content creation: Write clear, compelling copy for emails, product updates, newsletters and blog or social content. Contribute to campaign messaging and test content variations.
  • Customer engagement: Leverage data to build audience segments, personalise communications and support automation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing to ensure CRM activity aligns with commercial goals and brand tone of voice.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience in a content marketing and CRM-focused role.
  • A passion for technology and new research.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.
  • A creative mindset, capable of developing engaging campaigns that grow our audience and boost engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing tools for planning and executing campaigns.
  • An analytical approach, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
  • Organised, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
