We’re looking for a Design Director who will lead impact-making creative packaging that will resonate on shelves around the world.

About the role

Working closely with our creative and strategy directors you will be a key creative figure in our packaging team so you know how to take a client, a team and an idea forward – making your vision a reality.

Your portfolio will be filled with incredibly crafted packaging design across multiple sectors but always with the consumer at heart. You are a hands-on designer who is a creative visionary that can turn a dry brief into a unique world-class design together with a team.

We need someone who walks the walk AND talks the talk. We need a Design Director who designs. Your designs will tell a story and we want you to be the one to tell it so you should be confident in presenting to clients at a senior level. We are producing global work of the highest standard, so we want someone to push creative boundaries through insightful packaging design.

Your experience

You have created new brands, evolved old favourites, revolutionised consumer perceptions and revitalised sectors.

You’ve worked across multiple markets and love diving into a new culture for insightful design solutions.

You’ve become an expert in your clients business, you speak the language of strategy, and you can hold your own at printing press.

You believe whole heartedly in research, you’ve deep-dived into categories and found opportunities, tensions and breakthroughs.

Your finger is on the pulse whilst drawing on a vast pool of experience and industry knowledge.

Your skills

You’re evangelical about the role of how design can improve lives and positively impact society and the world.

You can handle multiple projects, clients and creatives and stay cool under pressure.

Collaboration is in your DNA and you’re pro-active in sharing your thoughts and ideas.
