Mid-weight Designer

Who we are looking for

We’re on the hunt for a talented and ambitious Mid-weight designer to join our growing creative team based in the heart of Soho. We are looking for someone who truly is a safe pair of hands, taking real pride in their work whilst constantly looking to evolve their practice and push the envelope of design. Working closely with the Creative Lead we want to be challenged with bold designs, brave executions and new formats which make our clients impossible to ignore.

Most importantly we want a true team player in every sense of the word, we want a designer who loves to collaborate within a varied team, from video producers to copywriters and everything in-between.

What you need

• First and foremost you must be incredibly passionate about all things design, we want your work to inspire us
• A true ‘team first’ mentality
• Great technical skills, an expert in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, XD)
• The ability to not only follow and deliver on a brief, but a desire to expand concepts - adding your own unique stamp to the process
• A good understanding of web design and basic UX/UI principles
• Comfortable working independently as and when required, working directly with account managers and directors
• Confident in sharing and presenting your work internally and occasionally externally
• Experience in After Effects a bonus

• Mid-weight Designer. Blend of traditional graphic design experience and digital
• Full time. Flexible working based between your home and our Soho studio
• £32 - £40k depending on experience
