Ghostr is a new subscription-based video editing platform designed for creators, marketers and brands who want high-end video content without the hassle - blending human creativity with smart automation to make video production faster, easier and more professional.
After months of design and development, Ghostr is almost ready to go live. We’re now looking for someone exceptional to help take it over the finish line - driving product readiness, market strategy and early growth.
The Role:
We’re looking for someone who can bridge product, marketing, and sales - part strategist, part operator, part storyteller. You’ll help turn a built product into a growing business, connecting it with real users and partners.
You will:
- Finalise and test the product ahead of launch
- Refine pricing, onboarding, and user experience
- Shape Ghostr’s positioning and go-to-market strategy
- Plan and run the launch campaign
- Drive traction - reaching out to creators, brands and agencies to grow our first user base
- Build relationships and identify partnership opportunities
- Set up simple tracking, feedback, and support systems
- Represent Ghostr publicly and help shape its voice in market
You’ll work closely with the small core team but have the freedom to operate independently and push things forward.
About you:
- Experience launching or managing digital products (ideally SaaS, creator tools or video platforms)
- A strong mix of technical understanding and commercial instinct
- Confident engaging with customers, collaborators, and potential partners
- Organised, proactive, and self-sufficient
- Great communicator - articulate, persuasive, and collaborative
- Excited by early-stage projects and the intersection of creativity and technology
