Midweight Digital & UX Designer
Job Description
Overview
We’re a London-based brand and digital agency that strips things back to what really matters. We’re proactive, adaptable, and focused on making life simpler for our clients and our people.
We’re looking for a Midweight Digital & UX Designer to join our team. You’ll design websites, apps, and other digital content that’s easy to use and looks great. You’ll work on a mix of client projects, take responsibility for your own work, and collaborate with developers, project managers and other designers to make sure everything comes together smoothly.
You’ll be working on projects that matter, in a company that values diversity, sustainability, and doing the right thing. We’ve built a supportive environment where everyone’s encouraged to take ownership, stay curious, and make a positive impact - so you can feel good and do your best work, knowing your wellbeing and development are taken seriously.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
This role is for someone who enjoys working at the point where user experience and design come together. You’ll lead digital design work across websites, apps and campaigns – taking projects from early insight and wireframes through to polished, high-quality experiences.
You’ll bring together user needs, brand thinking and client goals to create work that’s clear, effective and engaging. You’ll collaborate with strategists, project managers, developers and other designers to deliver joined-up, user-first solutions. You’ll bring focus to fast-moving projects, help solve tricky problems, and contribute to creative discussions with a practical, thoughtful approach
And, just as importantly, you’ll help bring our promise to life: to be the marketing director’s best friend – while staying true to our values of being resourceful, nurturing, and purpose-driven every day.
