In a nutshell:

We’re in search of a Project Manager to join Chapel as a permanent member of staff, responsible for managing our growing creative team and stakeholder list. As a client-facing role, it will require you to take on the coordination and completion of all projects on time, within budget and to scope. You must be able to navigate a collaborative culture, motivating everyone to create work we’re proud to put the Chapel name to.

What the role entails:

● Supporting our lead PM on our biggest accounts

● Managing varying projects from proposal to delivery

● Acting as a key point of contact for all stakeholders

● Overseeing inhouse and commissioned creative teams

● Assigning responsibilities to get the best out of every brief

● Generating proposals, time plans, SOWs and POs

● Managing budget trackers and monitoring progression

● Liaising with clients regularly to maintain an efficient workflow

● Identifying and managing risks to ensure delivery is on time

● Organising and leading in/external meetings including WIPs

Your experience and knowledge:

● You’re no stranger to this role or industry, but you still have a desire to learn

● Ideally, you have experience using collaboration tools e.g. Monday, Trello & Slack
