The Team

This role sits in the Global Brand Marketing structure that defines and executes the brand strategy and creative content for our client globally. Within that sits our client's Creative Direction team, which is made up of Art Directors and Designers. This team is the internal creative agency that concepts, shoots, selects, designs and builds large volumes of consumer-facing content. It is a brief-driven organization that executes against the client's Global Brand Playbook for all projects and campaigns. It also acts as a key contributor and guardian to those guidelines.

The Position

As part of the design function within the Creative Direction team, the Brand Designer, Senior Specialist including Media brings our client's brand to life through the creation of both digital and print materials—ranging from newsletters and e-commerce assets to packaging, event collateral, and multimedia storytelling. This role is responsible for independently developing high-quality creative output that meets design, technical, and strategic requirements across platforms.

In addition to strong design fundamentals, this role requires a seasoned understanding of media adaptation and motion design. The Senior Specialist will contribute to brand consistency and innovation by implementing best practices, mentoring less experienced colleagues when needed, and staying ahead of design trends and technologies. They will collaborate across teams but work with a high degree of autonomy and creative ownership.

This is a highly creative position.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Concept, design, and deliver end-to-end graphic design projects assigned by the Operations team—ensuring output is timely, brand-appropriate, and technically sound.
  • Partner with E-Commerce stakeholders to produce and update weekly digital content including homepages, landing pages, and banners.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams to design newsletters and emailers aligned with wireframes, performance objectives, and marketing timelines.
  • Support 360° marketing initiatives with design materials such as in-situ mockups, layouts, image selections, and internal presentation decks.
  • Produce high-quality multimedia content including video edits, motion graphics, and simple animations tailored to social media and brand storytelling.
  • Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines under the direction of the Senior Creative and Brand Directors, while also serving as a design resource to junior colleagues.
  • Use internal and industry best practices to identify ways of improving creative efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptation for multiple channels.
  • Keep informed of design trends, new media formats, and creative technologies to help elevate the brand’s visual communication.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of related work experience in graphic and media design would be preferred, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
  • University or post-secondary degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field or similar industry experience to the level of this position highly valued.
  • Deep working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and motion tools including After Effects.
  • Strong visual sensibility and mastery of design principles including typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Proven experience independently executing design projects from concept through to final delivery across both static and motion assets.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide peer-level creative input and support cross-functional alignment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.

  • This role is based in Amsterdam and if you are not already living in the Netherlands, it will require relocation.
  • Visa sponsorship for the successful candidate will provided by the company as well as an attractive relocation package
