Mid-weight Strategist
Job Description
The role and responsibilities:
This is an opportunity for an aspiring strategist and copywriter to get hands-on with creative work from day one. You’ll help shape insights, craft briefs, and support the development of strategies that drive bold, culturally relevant ideas. You’ll work closely with creatives, designers and account leads, gaining a front-row seat into how standout brand thinking comes to life.
You’ll also craft copy for the roster of drinks and lifestyle brands we’re lucky enough to work with, learning how to adapt your writing style to distinct brand voices and connect meaningfully with different audiences.
In summary:
- Support the development of brand, campaign and content strategies.
- Research audiences, categories and culture, turning findings into insights.
- Help analyse performance and uncover opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Contribute to workshops, brainstorms and presentations.
- Bring fresh perspectives and a proactive energy to everything you do.
The individual:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a creative agency or similar role desirable, but attitude matters more than background.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Organised, adaptable and ready to learn fast.
- Curious about brands, culture, people and ideas.
- Have a way with words and can turn a jumble of thoughts into a clear point of view .
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- A sharp eye for detail and distinctive point of view.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback.
- Willingness to take on different types of projects and learn new skills.
- Contribute prositively to our agency culture bringin opinions and energy.

We have a flexible working set-up but we are primarily a studio based agency as we believe the work is better when we are together and the team are better supported as well.
