Job Description

INK is a post-production house with studios in Paris, London, Amsterdam and New York. We partner with industry-leading photographers and brands to create outstanding fashion and beauty imagery, ranging from global advertising campaigns to indie publications.

This is a full time position based from our Dalston studio.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project management of INK post production projects.
  • Including but not limited to; account client projects, photographer-led ad campaigns, editorial and personal projects.
  • Able to digest and communicate client briefs and feedback to the retouch and operations team to ensure client requests are understood and actioned effectively.
  • Have an understanding of client creative briefs and feedback, follow INK QC process, input into QC and to seek advice to ensure creative vision/standards are being met
  • Monitor and respond to changing client timelines and requests, flagging adjustments to our internal teams promptly to ensure projects are scheduled effectively and deadlines are achievable.
  • Prepare accurate project quotes, track change requests, and update estimates, seeking guidance and approval when applying client discounts.
  • Identify unclear or out-of-scope client requests and seek clarification before proceeding.
  • Maintain accurate project tracking — deliverables, feedback, milestones, schedules, and estimates — throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support timely billing and project updates using INK tools, coordinating with accounts as required.
  • Understand client relationships and priorities, supporting INK’s strategic objectives while nurturing and maintaining existing client partnerships.
  • Be an active member of the Production team, supporting colleagues and peers to help achieve company goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in post-production, production, or similar creative studio environment.
  • Basic familiarity with servicing high-profile brands and photographers, with an understanding of their varied requirements and expectations.
  • The ability to work across multiple projects with overlapping schedules / deadlines
  • Able to lead projects independently, making decisions in real-time knowing also when to seek guidance
  • Basic level understanding of how long retouching tasks take and how this affects project outcomes.
