Key requirements:

• An open, proactive, and positive mindset.
• 7+ years of experience in brand creation.
• A folio that showcases exceptional art direction, conceptual thinking, and an ability to craft original, emotionally engaging ideas that push creative boundaries.
• Excellent communication skills. The ability to articulate your work with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight, both internally and with clients.
• Comfortable leading the creative direction of projects, bringing inspiration and clarity to the process, while encouraging originality and excellence within the team.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and maintain creative excellence throughout.
• A keen eye on industry trends, embracing new tools and techniques to enhance creative output.
• High competency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Additional creative skills in CG, animation, illustration or coding would be an advantage.
• An understanding that design’s not about how something looks, but how it makes us feel.
