Job Description

FLUORO.® are looking for a Senior Art Director to lead high-level creative projects from concept to execution. This role combines creative leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise. You will partner with designers, editors and producers to create visually powerful work that drives engagement and builds brand storytelling.

What will you do?

– Lead the development of creative concepts and visual storytelling for brand campaigns and digital content

– Translate brand positioning and insights into breakthrough visual narratives

– Collaborate with designers, producers and editors to conceptualise and execute visual treatments

– On set direction for photo and video shoots (the role will also include travelling around world where needed)

– Developing standout ideas and visual approaches using photography and video

– Help with the content process and workflow for campaigns, product launches, collections, partnerships and projects

– Using AI and reference tools to generate inspiring, on-brand visual references

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate cross-functionally with copy, strategy, accounts, media, and production teams

– Present work confidently to senior leadership and clients, incorporating feedback with strategic thinking

– On set direction for photo and video shoots

– Maintain a high standard of visual excellence and consistency across all deliverables

– Guide photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with creative vision and brand tone

– Champion innovation in design, layout, motion, and emerging media platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– 6+ years of creative experience

– A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing high-level concepts and campaign development

– Ability to work with the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Pitch and familiarity with motion/video tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro)

– Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills

– Confident and comfortable Art Directing on set

– Ability to think conceptually and execute at a high level

– Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, or executive leadership

– Strong grasp of storytelling and translating brand narratives

– Adapt easily to changes in direction and project execution

About the role:

– The role will be 4 days in our studio in Hackney with one day per week working from home (however will consider other more flexible options)
