Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced producer / production manager (working across animation, brand design, campaigns, film and digital) to manage our increasing number of clients and projects and help our lovely and talented team create awesome work

About you

The right person will have at least 5 years experience in a creative agency or similar environment, managing multiple projects.

They will have a passion for producing amazing creative work, a good eye for detail and high standards for the studio output.

They must be an excellent communicator, able to make clients feel comfortable and looked after, as well as communicate ideas and feedback to the design and motion teams.

Working with our creative director and heads of teams you will oversee brand, film, motion and digital projects from start to finish, managing each step of the process and ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

They will be organised and process-driven, helping to implement and manage the systems and processes that make the magic happen

Experience of the animation production process is a big advantage

What the role includes

  • building new client relationships and maintaining current ones
  • organising, managing and reporting actions in client meetings
  • interpreting detailed briefs and delivering a clear brief to the creative team
  • guiding clients through development and production processes to ensure they are confident and knowledgeable in their decision making
  • fielding clarifications and costing additional resource when required
  • budget and resource management / good commercial awareness
  • setting up project agreements and freelancer contracts
  • creating detailed production plans for projects
  • financial forecasting and quoting for new work, invoicing, reporting and risk management
  • good project management including reporting updates to clients
  • managing the studio schedule and internal team’s (and any outsourced help) time and resource use
  • representing Flow in industry meetings and events
  • building good client relationship and spotting future work opportunities
  • reporting on resource utilisation and seeking good project efficiency
  • helping to set up and manage client / project management tools
  • booking and managing external resource - suppliers and freelancers
  • tracking time and costs on projects and producing reports for analysis
  • proactively recommending ways to improve systems and processes
  • helping to drive growth through creativity and slick processes
