Job Description
Cliff Studio is a small digital agency of five senior creatives delivering bespoke websites for a growing roster of clients and agencies. For the first time, we’re looking for a talented project manager to take ownership of delivery, free up our directors, and ensure our projects run efficiently from brief to launch.
Our team is fully remote, but please note that we can only consider UK-based applicants.
The Role
As our Project Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the agency. You’ll manage multiple projects across development and design, manage client communication, and make sure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met, while keeping the team focused, motivated, and productive.
This is a high-leverage role: your work will directly increase the team’s capacity, efficiency, and ultimately, the profitability of the agency.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day project delivery across development and design.
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Liaise with clients to manage expectations and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate team workload to maximise utilisation and prevent bottlenecks.
- Maintain clear project documentation, processes, and reporting.
- Identify issues and delays early and proactively solve problems.
- Support directors with operational reporting and planning.
- Support directors with quotations, tenders and proposals.
- Introduce and maintain systems to improve efficiency and team communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing digital, design, or software projects in an agency or similar environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Comfortable using project management tools (Slack, Trello, Toggl) and suggesting/implementing new technology and workflows.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
What We Offer
- £35,000 per year
- Fully remote 4-day work week / 32 hours over 5 days
- Enhanced holiday entitlement
- Co-working membership in London, or elsewhere, if desired.
