Job Description
The Institute of Medical Physics is a physician-led laser tattoo removal clinic in King’s Cross, with laboratories in San Marino. We’ve built our own Phantom™ laser technology, a fixed-price unlimited-treatment model, a growing skincare range, and a brand we’re very particular about. We’re hiring our first in-house creative: someone who can take strong design direction, bring their own ideas, and get things finished.
What you’ll do
Design, end to end. Website pages in Webflow, product packaging and print, Amazon listing images and A+ content, gift certificates, signage, templates. Brief → finished → shipped, without being chased.
Short-form video. Edit clinic content for TikTok and Instagram, including our Medical Director’s channel, so the doctors can stay in the treatment room. Cutting, captions, pacing, hooks.
Keep the shop open. Own the Amazon listings and the product side day to day — stock, copy, images, reviews — so nothing lapses.
Where this goes
We’re building the skincare and aftercare product line into a business in its own right. The person in this role is the natural candidate to run it as it scales, and the pay will reflect that. If you want a career path rather than a job title, this is designed for one.
You
Recent design graduate (or equivalent) with a portfolio of real, finished work, and a short reel of video you’ve edited
Strong typography and layout; restraint over decoration; attention to detail bordering on fussy
Figma, Adobe CC, Premiere or CapCut; comfortable with print production
Self-directed and organised: you finish things and flag blockers early
Curious about the business, not just the pixels: you’ll want to know what sells and why
Practical
Remote within the UK to begin, with occasional days in London; a physical HQ is opening in the coming months. You’ll report directly to the founder. Flexible hours, equipment provided.
How to apply
Email accounts@medicalphysics.institute with:
A link to your portfolio
A short video reel (a few TikToks or Reels you’ve edited is fine)
A few lines on one project you took from idea to finished — what went wrong and how you got it over the line
No cover letter needed. Applications close Friday 13 November 2026; we’ll be reviewing as they come in, so earlier is better.
