Who we’re looking for?

We're looking for a 3D Motion Designer/Animator to make high-end visual effects, animation, creative content and immersive experiences for a multitude of clients on our roster, across the development of brand identities, and other branding projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • You'll partner closely with our creative, strategy, and branding teams to create compelling, story-driven and action-packed moments that fit within the style and pacing of the brands in question.
  • You'll typically be a generalist; however, you'll need to be able to evolve and tune your style to work across multiple briefs and the intended vision. Additionally, you should have a diverse showreel that demonstrates your own style on personal projects as well as client work.
  • 3D/2D and motion design are fast-moving industries, so the ability to keep up-to-date with the latest software updates and industry practices.
  • This role will be predominantly 3D based, however there will be projects that involve 2D motion design and video editing.

Your experience

  • Ideal candidates will have:
  • Artistic talent
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of Cinema 4D and After Effects
  • Experience using high-end render engines; Octane and Redshift for example
  • An understanding of physical motion, weight, balance, texture and form
  • An understanding of rigs and typical rigging set-ups, animation pipelines and transferring data between tools
