Junior / Midweight Graphic Designer - Urban Pubs and Bars - London - Hybrid Working

A limited opportunity for a talented junior / midweight Graphic Designer to join our awesome Design and Marketing team at Urban Pubs and Bars.

We are an award winning London based Pub, Bar and Restaurant group rapidly expanding. What’s it all about?

• Supporting in delivery of all creative/design work across the business.
• Reporting to the Head of Creative to create site specific creative.
• Owning our food and drinks menu designs across the portfolio and keeping them updated.
• Manage workload delivery against tight deadlines and responding to design requests/briefs in a timely manner.
• Keep up to date with the newest trends and innovations in the hospitality industry with a strong understanding of current creative concepts and best practices.

You are:

• Driven, talented Junior to Midweight graphic designer with at least 2 years’ industry experience within a similar role.
• Ambitious, the type of person who hits the ground running.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Have a working knowledge or better of Canva.
• Layout and typography skills with keen attention to detail
• Understanding and knowledge of design, production, print and digital processes
• Organised and adaptable, you’ll need to manage your time well to deliver all creative work against tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Full of personality, a strong communicator and great at building relationships.
• If you have photography skills, this would be an awesome bonus
