Job Profile:

We are looking for a Mid/Senior Creative 3D Designer to create highly creative solutions that are innovative, practical and suitable for manufacture. The successful candidate should be passionate and take pride in creating unique, attention-grabbing designs that allow products and stores to stand apart from competitors.

Understanding the customers brand is key as is exceeding their expectations and delivering a wow experience and unique customer touch points.

You will have well developed creative and technical understanding teamed with commercial awareness.

Working with internal and external customers from initial design brief through to product launch you will be based within the Design Studio and will be working alongside a team of designers reporting into the Creative Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

Understanding the customer, brand vision and brief.

Designing creative solutions using Solidworks, Photoview 360, Solidworks Visualize and Adobe CC.

Ability to communicate through sketching and model making.

Good time management.

Liaising with the Engineering/Estimating departments.

Presentation of work both internally and at client meetings.

Support of the team as a whole.

Keeping abreast of new technology, software and materials.

Conscientious of green and sustainability goals.

Hunger to the best in the industry.

Secondary Responsibilities:

To be responsible and actively looking at ways to improve all aspects of design and your own personal development.

Relevant design role experience within the Retail POS industry a must.

Salary dependent on experience.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Monday to Friday working schedule initially based in our Stratford London site with relocation to within 7-10 miles of current site in approximately 6 months.
