The Studio

In-house studio for a high-performance sports brand with deep heritage and an ambition to become the most aspirational and innovative in its field. This forward-thinking studio is central to delivering highly successful creative campaigns, activations, experiences and moments for a growing and diverse fan base. Leaning heavily into culture, art, music, style and fashion they’ve created some hugely exciting and ground-breaking campaigns and brand partnerships that continuously reach wider audiences and elevate the brand as a cultural force. The team is together in the Northants based studio 3 days a week for collaboration, support and camaraderie, with flexibility for working from home the other two days.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Head of Content, the Video Editor will work with captured footage and photography, archive material and motion graphics to transform this into elevated content that drives engagement with fans, partners and new business prospects. You’ll be responsible for creating and developing eye-catching content for social and digital channels, external hospitality events, case study videos and pitch decks and presentations, ensuring that all creative content reflects the brand identity, tone and aesthetic. The role would suit someone who has a good amount of content production experience under their belt, ideally for a sports team or luxury lifestyle brand where storytelling and audience experience are at the heart of creative output and content. This is a unique opportunity to support a well -loved brand and really help shape its content output in exciting ways.

Our Ideal Candidate

Has impeccable content production capabilities and is highly efficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Cinema 4d.

Will ideally have worked for another high-performing sports or luxury lifestyle brand with an elevated aesthetic.

Has strong stakeholder management experience, is influential, engaging and credible in their area of expertise.

Can produce highly creative work within brand guidelines, whilst having an instinctive knowledge of how a modern and relevant brand engages with its audience and partners.

Enjoys being accountable for planning and organising their own workload.

Is a natural storyteller with a sharp eye on optimising content that meets the quality threshold of a premium brand.
