Sr Product Designer (Crypto/Web3)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Product Designer to join our team in Miami. This role is perfect for someone deeply familiar with the web3/crypto environment who can identify user pain points and contribute to the creation of user-centric solutions that enhance user experience. You will collaborate with a team of exceptional builders and operators to design intuitive, engaging products that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

• Engage deeply with the crypto and web3 domains to understand user behaviors, pain points, and needs.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to craft useful, aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

• Participate in all aspects of design and execution, from conceptualizing innovative solutions to creating user flows and finalizing high-fidelity designs.

• Ensure all versions of project UX/UI are clearly communicated and understood by all team members.

• Incorporate feedback and iterate on the designs to continuously improve our product.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio of design projects in web3, crypto, or related fields.

• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
