Motion Designer

FLUORO.® are looking for a Motion Designer specialising in video editing and VFX to join our creative team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for creating highly engaging moving visuals that tell brand stories and capture attention. Salary dependent on experience.

What will you do?

– Create original motion design assets for film, TV, and digital campaigns

– Collaborate with directors, producers and editors to conceptualise and execute visual treatments

– Develop distinctive video content that channels the creative direction for clients’ brands

– Contribute to conceptual exploration including moodboards, as well as campaign development and execution

– Help with the content process and workflow for campaigns, product launches, collections, partnerships and projects

– Direct third parties and shoot production for project-related requirements

– Adapt easily to changes in direction and project execution

– Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment and work with the team to ensure all deadlines are met

– Lead and inspire other team members

– Manage project teams and drive multiple projects through the studio at once

– Present to and liaise with clients as necessary during the project delivery

– Help push the Fluoro brand forward with innovative and creative approaches

– You will have direction and mentorship from CD and DD plus support from mid-weight team

– Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of visual storytelling

Key Requirements:

– 5+ years agency experience

– Skilled in After Effects and Premiere Pro

– Technical editing ability and understanding of plug-ins, grading, overlays, audio and SFX

– Experience leading a project from start to finish

– Ability to think conceptually and move projects from idea-stage through to completion

– Strong ability to create and animate motion graphics and typography

– Experience with post production and VFX elements

– 3D (Blender / C4D) experience nice to have

About the role:

– The role will be 4 days in our studio in Hackney with one day per week working from home (however will consider other more flexible options)
