Our London-based B2B arm combines journalism and creativity to deliver best-in-class through-the-line content and creative for brands including Google, FedEx and HP. Over the past 12 months our output has ranged from launching 360° brand campaigns (including a TV ad) to creating always-on editorial hubs and expert-led podcasts, webinars and reports. Now we have ambitious plans for growth.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile mid-weight designer looking to do varied integrated creative work for leading B2B brands including Google, HP, FedEx, and Waze. Overseen by the Art Director and working within the Design team, you’ll bring creative to life across a variety of campaign touchpoints (social, digital banners, emails, out of home, and more). You’ll be responsible for generating creative ideas and treatments in response to client briefs and collaborating with the Editorial team to deliver exciting pitch creative. You will define the look and feel of assets and come up with creative solutions to clients’ design challenges, alongside taking in amends on assets following the different layers of client approval.

Required skills, knowledge, and experience

  • You will have worked in an agency environment (but we’re open to hearing from a range of backgrounds and experiences)
  • You have top notch skills in Adobe Creative Suite (A strong knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Motion experience is required (skills in Adobe After Effects, knowledge of Premerie is advantageous)
  • Knowledge of working in a 3D space is advantageous, but not essential
  • Experience of designing emails and landing pages (Adobe XD would be beneficial)
  • You have an understanding and experience designing in Google slides and Powerpoint
  • You will focus on digital design but any experience in print would be helpful
  • You can demonstrate a range of creative approaches whilst working on large projects with a strong attention to detail.
  • You are comfortable being accountable for final creative delivery
  • You have an enthusiastic work ethic, strong skilled communication skills and you embrace working with people from different skills and backgrounds

  • A curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow your role.
