WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re hoping to find a creative and enthusiastic Junior Designer to join our team here at our London studio.

Someone who’s eager to learn, naturally inquisitive, innovative, pro-active, and not afraid to teach us a thing or two along the way.

As a key member of the team, we expect you to be comfortable working both independently and as part of the wider team on projects. You’ll be confident contributing to meetings, sharing your thoughts and ideas, and be a clear communicator.

Design is your passion, branding in particular, and you’re looking for the opportunity to grow and develop to the next level in your creative career supported by our experienced and creatively like-minded people. You’ll contribute to projects across brand creation, rebrands, campaigns and other challenges..

You will be…

• Experienced with a minimum of 1+ years working in a design/branding studio
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to take on new challenges
• Able to develop concepts from brief to completion
• Design focused, ideas driven and a clear thinker
• Dedicated to creating stand out work with a keen eye for detail
• Confident with Adobe creative suite, motion software experience is a bonus
• A bringer of great energy & positivity with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Eager to build on MR.D’s brand awareness
• Keen to contribute to the studio culture
