Job Description:

What’s the role about?

This role will report directly into the Senior Concept Design Manager in a team of 6 designers. You will be delivering bold and differentiating creative solutions for multi-channel projects such as seasonal marketing campaigns, in-store initiatives, packaging ranges and brand concepts.

This role will give you an opportunity to see your ideas come to life across multiple customer touch points, in a well loved brand where design is at the heart of everything we do.

What will you be doing?

As the Concept Designer, you will be responding to the creative brief and vision, design and produce compelling, innovative, creative solutions that support the direction and expression of the Waitrose brand across multiple channels and formats, both offline and online.

You will support Content & Design to drive the visual aesthetics of the Waitrose brand with impeccable visual judgement and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.

You will work alongside the Customer, Retail and Commercial teams ensuring that the design standards that are set are consistently adhered to.

What you'll have

  • Design Degree or equivalent
  • Strong background in design FMCG
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Proficient in Apple Mac
  • Experience in multi-channel design
  • Fully versed in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
