Job Description

Relatively Good is looking for a Graphic Designer to define the direct-to-consumer output of our in-house fashion brands.

You will work on a wide range of projects, including email marketing, e-commerce, advertising, packaging, photography, socials and seasonal lookbooks for multiple brands in menswear, womenswear and accessories. This role requires someone who is confident in their creative vision, and has an understanding of the luxury fashion market.

Our brands cover a range of demographics so you’ll need to be able to switch up your style to create assets that align with each brand voice.

- Japanese-Made Vintage Americana Menswear Reproduction

- Sustainable, gender-neutral garments Made in England

- Affordable Luxury Bags, Wallets and homewares for the US market

Some of your responsibilities:

- You’ll look after our email design, creating original assets to appeal to an audience of over 50,000 subscribers

- You’ll help with Art Direction and visual merchandising of our e-commerce sites

- You’ll design brand collateral such as labels, packaging and stationery

- Offline media creation - from magazine ads to billboards, and everything in between

- Photoshoot ideation and lookbook design for both digital and print

- Curation of paid social assets, both static and video, ensuring they’re engaging and thumb-stopping

- Retouching imagery

- You will contribute to the UI design of our websites

What we need from you:

- A minimum of 2+ years in a similar role or a significant portfolio

- A thorough understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Figma

- Experience in email design and flows

- Experience in packaging design and offline media

- Strong idea generation skills

- The ability to confidently communicate your ideas both verbally and visually

- Deliver to often tight, reactive briefs and deadlines

- The ability to communicate clearly with our partners on Zoom & Slack

- Ability to work on multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously

- A deep understanding of typography

- A genuine interest in clothing and accessories

- Determination to deliver beyond the MVP
