We’re looking for a driven Creative Account Manager, with a passion for design, marketing and strategy. Someone who thrives on owning projects and working with a small team for a fixed term contract of 12 months, with the potential to become permanent.

The role

  • Project Lead – You will be expected to lead projects which demand hands on involvement, ensuring different work streams dovetail effectively and taking ultimate responsibility when overseeing the work of individual team members. This is an integrated role managing accounts which incorporate brand & marketing comms, engagement, reporting and digital elements.
  • Client service – simple truth prides itself on its client service and it is a key reason why clients choose to work with us. Relationships matter and when something is in doubt or a deadline is looming you will instinctively pick up the phone rather than rely on email. Delivery alone isn’t enough; we want our clients to enjoy working with us and want to work with us again and again.
  • New business support – you will work alongside the Director and other members of the team to produce cost estimates for pitches / new client work as required. When required you will attend pitches representing the strategic delivery team, explain our processes and embody our approach to client service.
  • (Desired but not essential 4th string to your bow) Design skills – The ideal candidate will have experience in the creative sector. If you have either got some design skills, or have worked in brand strategy previously that is a real added bonus.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactive approach to relationship building
  • Day-to-day client liaison
  • Management of delivery process from kick off to completion
  • Production liaison/briefing/management of suppliers
  • Creative ideas generation and strategic thinking
  • Managing and developing marketing comms plan working with creative freelancers and team members to deliver to deadlines
  • Create and present marketing reports
  • Working closely with creative team and helping to manage their deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar agency role and environment
  • Happy working in our Spitalfields studio
