Designer [brand and packaging] 6 month FTC

Innovative, challenger health food brand seeks an upper mid- senior designer to join their marketing team.

With an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients and sustainable practices it’s a wonderful brand to be a part of and an exciting time to join the business as they are in a period of growth and transformation.

This role will be on a part time basis 3-4 days a week with two days on site in London. There’s a HUGE list of perks and benefits available and lots of exciting projects in the pipeline.

The role

As in-house designer for this exciting FMCG brand you’ll be responsible for elevating the brands visual identity and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Joining the busy marketing team you will act as brand guardian ensuring all projects remain true to core guidelines as well as also developing new ideas that build on the brand in a bold and memorable way. Day to day projects will be hugely varied from trade marketing and event collateral through to email campaigns and social media content. Experience in packaging design will be key and a large part of this role will be packaging design and artwork, taking charge of the artwork making end to end updates to existing packaging in-house. This role will suit someone passionate about branding and keen to work with one brand where you can really take ownership and make a difference managing the creative process from concept through to final delivery.

What we are looking for:

- At-least six years design experience working either inhouse for a brand or a creative agency with specific experience working for FMCG/F&B brands.

- Considerable experience in packaging design and artwork

- A passion for brand and packaging design.

- An impressive portfolio of work showcasing clear and compelling ideas, brand thinking and beautiful executions.

- Strong understanding of external supplier processes, including packaging printing, photography, illustration and video.

- High-level Adobe Creative Suite skills.

- Excellent all round communication skills
