Job Description

About the Role

We’re a Brighton-based branding studio working with some of the biggest and most successful brands, as well as ambitious start-ups and scale-ups. As a small, creative team, we give our junior designers the chance to grow quickly, working directly with clients, shaping brands, and learning hands-on from experienced designers, copywriters and strategists.

We are looking for a Junior Designer who’s creative, collaborative and adaptable. We’re ideally looking for someone who enjoys using 3D as part of their design toolkit. You’ll work closely with our 2D and 3D Designers, reporting in to our Creative Director. We’re an inquisitive, technically curious studio that utilises a range of creative tools including AI and 3D and you’ll be surrounded by people who can help you expand those skills.

About you

You understand the value that great design can create. You bring fresh thinking, whether through your personality, background, experience, culture, or creativity.

You’re responsive, confident presenting work and comfortable working directly with clients. Above all, you bring a positive attitude and an open, curious approach to life.

Experience

Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (required).

Experience with 3D tools, such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a strong bonus.

A strong portfolio of brand-focused work.

Comfortable working across print, digital and physical environments.

Details

Competitive salary.

100% studio-based in our central Brighton studio.

Full-time, 8.30am - 5.30pm (5pm finish on a Friday).

28 days’ holiday (including Bank Holidays).

Enhanced annual leave for length of service.

Monthly fitness / wellness contribution after minimum length of service.

Bottomless (great quality) coffee.
